A - General conditions This site http://www.pian-tina.com is owned by Hydro Ware srl with registered office in via Pesenti, 19, 24022 Alzano L. (BG), Italy, and is dedicated to sales. PianTina® observes the law on distance selling (Legislative Decree 185/99) which provides for precise duties for the seller and equally precise rights for the customer. B - How to purchase The customer can only purchase the products in the electronic catalog at the time of the order. The prices of the products are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. The image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by PianTina® by means of a confirmation e-mail, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. The confirmation message will contain all the data entered by the customer at the time of the order, who is required to verify them all and to promptly notify, date and time of stipulation of the order and an order reference number to be used in any further communication with PianTina. ®. In case of non-acceptance of the order by PianTina®, timely communication is guaranteed to the Customer.
C - Products not available In the event of unavailability of the PianTina® product, it will contact the customer to inform him about, if and in what time frame the order placed can be confirmed.
D - Price changes
The proposed products may undergo price changes; Only the price calculated at the time of the order will be applied to the Customer's order, without any consideration of any price increases or decreases that may have occurred.
E - Methods of payment

Credit Card: PianTina® also offers direct payment by credit card on the Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Diners circuit. The customer's data will never be entered nor displayed nor recorded by PianTina® as the customer, at the time of payment, will be redirected to the bank's website and only then will he be asked to enter his card details, thus exceeding PianTina ® to take charge of the credit card data.
For companies or freelancers for billing purposes, VAT number and C.F. For private individuals, a regular sales document will be issued. A mobile phone number is essential for any courier needs.
F - Security in online transactions
If you decide to pay online by credit card, you risk absolutely nothing. In fact, the credit card data are encrypted during transmission and are managed directly by Paypal or by the bank's website: we do not even see them pass and they are not stored anywhere. G - Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are made by GLS express courier. The price of shipments is specified for each item at the time of Checkout. Delivery times by express courier are on average 24/48 hours. For the islands and some localities in the province, a further 48 hours may be required from the departure of the package. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. The seller is not liable in the event of delays or inefficiencies and assumes no responsibility in the event of theft or damage to the goods during the shipping phase, for this reason, at the time of delivery, any damage or tampering with the packaging of the goods must be immediately reported. to the courier making the delivery. H - Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to:

Upon receipt of the registered letter, PianTina® will contact and subsequently authorize the customer to ship the product subject to the right of withdrawal, which must be received within 10 working days at our. offices. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product
- the law does not apply to sealed products, once opened
- the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts
- To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it in a second box, it should be avoided in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging
- the good subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in a normal state of conservation, as it has been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence: therefore, used products that show signs of damage or dirt will not be accepted and which consequently can no longer be considered intact
- the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer
in case of damage to the goods during transport, PianTina® will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal
- PianTina® is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments
- Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, PianTina® will refund the customer the full amount already paid, as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, upon receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal, through the transfer procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer
In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN Code - Current Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost for:
1. lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where PianTina® ascertains the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
2. the absence of integral elements of the product or anomalies in the product itself
3. damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
I - Transport damage
PianTina® is not responsible for damage caused by transport not accurately reported in the delivery note. In the event of damage visible externally in the package, it is possible to reject the package by indicating with a pen on the withdrawal note: "REFUSED FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE", indicating the location of the damage. However, it is possible to collect the package by indicating in the collection note: "WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE" indicating the location of the damage. In addition to this, it is necessary to verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice.
J - Liability
PianTina® guarantees compliance with the quality standards relating to the products. PianTina® assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure, such as accidents, thefts, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole and / or in part, from carrying out within the contractually agreed times. PianTina® is in no way responsible for the information, data and any technical or other inaccuracies that may be contained on this site. PianTina® declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages of any nature or in any form they occur, resulting from the use of this site and / or the news, photos and information contained therein. PianTina® will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above.
K - Obligations of the buyer

M - Contract termination and express termination clause
PianTina® reserves the right to terminate the stipulated contract (order) by simply communicating it to the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid. The obligations assumed by the buyer (see point "Obligations of the buyer"), as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes in the manner provided for in the "Payment" point, are essential; therefore, the non-fulfillment by the customer of only one of these obligations will result in the legal termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for a judicial ruling, without prejudice to the right for PianTina® to take legal action for compensation for any damage suffered.
N - Jurisdiction and competent court
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the purchase contracts stipulated "online" through the e-commerce site www.pian-tina.com is subject to Italian law and jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties regarding this contract will be the exclusive competence of the Court of Bergamo. All brands, names, trademarks and designations indicated in these pages are the exclusive property of their respective companies and are used purely for descriptive and informative purposes.
